Just completed my first P90X workout...
First of all, I'm surprised I have enough energy left to write this blog...this workout kicks your butt! No easy start-off, you jump right into an intense workout. First day focused on Chest, Back, and Abs. The chest/back part focused a lot on push-ups and pull-ups. VERY difficult! And left me feeling so drained.
Then came the Ab part...WOW! I thought the chest/back part was bad, this totally kicked my trash! I was able to do about 75% what Tony did on the disc. But this program is all about pacing yourself and not burning out.
Overall, it was a little more difficult than what I thought it would be but I can see how the results will appear with hard work and dedication!
